Terms of Service
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms apply when you add the Vouchly bot to a Discord server, write or manage vouches with it, or use the Vouchly dashboard. By doing so you agree to them.
1. The service
Vouchly lets Discord servers collect reviews from their customers and post them as image cards, with a dashboard to set it up. Vouchly is currently in beta and free to use. Paid features may be added later; they will never be charged without you choosing them.
2. Discord’s rules come first
You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and meet Discord’s minimum age in your country.
3. Honest vouches
Vouches are only useful if they are real. You may not use Vouchly to:
- write, buy or arrange fake vouches, or vouch for yourself through other accounts;
- pressure or pay customers for positive reviews without saying so;
- edit, hide or delete vouches in a way that misleads people about your service;
- post illegal, hateful or harassing content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
4. Responsibilities of server staff
The owner and staff of a server decide how Vouchly is used there and are responsible for the vouches, templates, fonts, images and texts in their server. Only upload images and fonts you have the right to use.
5. Your content
You keep the rights to what you write and upload. You allow us to store, process and display it as far as needed to run Vouchly, for example to draw and post vouch cards.
6. Fair use of the service
Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of Vouchly, access data of servers you do not manage, or copy the service by automated means.
7. Enforcement
If a server or user breaks these terms, we may remove content, limit features or block the server or user from Vouchly. Where it is reasonable, we tell the server owner first.
8. Availability
We work to keep Vouchly running and your data safe, but as a beta service it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. We may change features or stop the service; if we stop it, we will give notice so servers can download their backups.
9. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data, and our liability is limited to the damage typically foreseeable.
10. Ending use
You can stop using Vouchly at any time by removing the bot from your server. What happens to the data then is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; for significant changes we will give notice in the dashboard. If you keep using Vouchly after that, the new terms apply.
